Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple resides in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and care, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off scheduling to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement options.
