Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent couple will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide guidance and care, administer medications, drive to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent. Eligible applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, with a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; salary per person is $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
