Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) reside on-campus to supervise 8–13 students in a student home, provide care, supervision, medication administration, transportation, devotions, and Sunday Chapel engagement; oversee budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a future transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Includes on-campus housing, meals while on duty, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
