Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on an on-campus student home in a two-bedroom setup, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent arrangement living and working with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to guide devotional activities in a Judeo-Christian context; two-spouse marriage with the ability to work as a committed, on-campus household team.
