Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents, a married-couple role, reside on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home setting. Benefits include salary per person with total compensation for the couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Chapel services
- Experience with youth preferred
- Two-person role for couples
