Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Arcadia, WI, caring for a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. After an initial nine-on/two-off cycle, Houseparents transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and the requirement that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
