PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise 8–13 students in on-site homes, providing care, mentorship, and supervision; manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially 9 consecutive days on duty followed by 3 days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and marriage for at least two years; both spouses must be age 27 or older and complete individual applications.
