Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving and planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Initial schedule: nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with later transition to a stable home assignment. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and housing/utilities. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally married for at least two years

- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
