Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for legally married couples living on-campus in student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like living environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be 27+ and legally married for at least two years; on-campus role with no remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
