Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus; reside in on-campus student homes and supervise/mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmentally and spiritually oriented activities, oversee budgeting and reporting, and progress to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group. Responsibilities include daily supervision, devotional leadership, Sunday Chapel attendance, and maintaining a safe, structured, family-like environment; benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive insurance, with a salary of $44,768 per person.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
