PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and coordinating Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same student group. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with on-site housing and comprehensive benefits including relocation assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus and a Judeo-Christian environment. Both spouses must apply individually and be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older.
