PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, and participate in activities and devotions. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, duties follow a nine-days-on, nine-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. This role requires a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, on-campus residence, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student home vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to lead students in Judeo-Christian devotions and Chapel services.
