PA Specialist

Flex Houseparents (two-person) live on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel activities, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Benefits include a salary per person with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, paid time off, and paid training. Qualifications include youth-serving experience, status as a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and ability to participate in Judeo-Christian Chapel services; both spouses must complete individual applications.
