Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring up to ~813 students, and supporting daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, and leading devotions with Sunday Chapel. The role transitions from nine-consecutive days on / three days off to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year minimum for both spouses (married for at least two years)
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
