Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA area, residing in on-campus student homes to care for approximately 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with a consistent group of students. Requires married couple legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
