PA Specialist

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School required as a two-person married couple living on campus to care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving and coordinating activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires youth-related experience, a valid U.S. driver's license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and must complete individual applications.
