Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus to supervise and support a group of ~8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and activities; responsibilities include daily supervision, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting, and household reporting; schedule starts with 9 days on duty followed by 3 days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home; includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration
- Two-spouse/live-on-campus role
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Eligible for certification to drive student home vans
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
