PA Specialist

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent with the same students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to undergo certification. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older; relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary is paid per person (total compensation per couple ~$168,000). The position emphasizes care, guidance, and a faith-based campus environment; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
