Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes with a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, supervision of routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental and religious activities, budgeting, and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-day-on, three-days-off schedule across different student homes and eventually transitions to living and working with the same group of students in a dedicated home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, PTO, and paid training. The position requires two legally married spouses, at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older, and a high school diploma or GED, with a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; duties also include overseeing devotions and Sunday Chapel and promoting a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
