Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on, three-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role; includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse couple must be married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
