Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Partners reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of about 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a future transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Requires legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus safety policies.
