Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students. They manage household routines, supervise daily activity, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, join Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The role requires a legally married couple (both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
