PA Specialist

This Full-time Flex Houseparent role places a married couple in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and gradually transition to a placed houseparent with the same student group. The position requires a two-person, legally married couple (both spouses aged 27+), willingness to reside on campus, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
