Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and chapel. Positions begin with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement as a permanent Houseparent in a dedicated student home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
