Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
