Job Summary
PA Specialist role for two-person, married-couple Houseparents living on-campus at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Offer includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $44,768 per person with total compensation around $168,000 per couple. Requires two spouses to apply individually; on-campus, in-person duties at the Hershey, PA campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse requirement for the role
- Couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. drivers license
