Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes (Cooper, TX and Hershey, PA) and provide supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Duties include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a safe, structured, family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (total compensation per couple ~ $168,000) plus relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the requirement that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old.
