PA Specialist

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) at Milton Hershey School overseeing on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and development for a group of about 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group.
