PA Specialist

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes supervising and guiding 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to aPlaced Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and legal marriage for at least two years (both spouses age 27+).
