Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Flex Houseparent position at Milton Hershey School. On-campus, live-in role supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and other per-couple compensation. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift to 50 lbs, and both spouses must apply individually. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
