PA Specialist

Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and weekend Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support student development. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a future transition to aPlaced Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
