Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, a two-person married couple role living on campus to supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a dedicated student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (total compensation around $168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. The role requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and must complete individual employment applications.
