Job Summary
PA Specialist role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Married couple pair reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a shared on-campus home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
