Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, student transport, and development activities for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
