Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married spouses) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students, provide guidance and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The position begins with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
