PA Specialist

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires both spouses to apply individually for consideration; high school diploma or GED required; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older.
