PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA and later transition to a placed houseparent role, supervising 8–13 students and providing care, guidance, supervision, and structured activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before placement into a permanent student-home assignment. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement options. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
