Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a married two-person on-campus role where each spouse resides in a student home with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing household routines and budgeting. The position transitions from nine days on / three off to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and 27+ years old, with adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and limited dependents.
