Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes. A two-person, married-couple role residing in student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meals on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse couple must complete individual employment applications
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
