PA Specialist

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The couple will reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work pattern starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple), comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, paid training, and relocation assistance.
