PA Specialist

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development activities; initial nine-on, three-off schedule with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role within the same student home. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, coordinating schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment aimed at students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Requirements include youth experience, two-year married partnership, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, adherence to campus policies, and willingness to participate in relocation and training.
