Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and scheduling, administer medications, transport students to activities, and lead daily devotions and chapel. The role transitions from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent with ongoing responsibilities in a family-like setting, includes budgeting and reporting duties, and provides comprehensive benefits and relocation training. This is a two-person, married-couple position requiring both spouses to complete individual applications and meet age and dependent-child limits, with on-campus housing and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage requirement
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience with youth
- Post-secondary education not required
