Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes: a two-person, married-couple role providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel trips, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially supporting various homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, with eventual placement in a steady home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and housing/utilities. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+. Experience with youth preferred; strong commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and to Judeo-Christian services; driving student homes is part of the role.

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Willingness to live and work in on-campus student homes with youth
- Support for daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- Capable of managing household routines and student schedules
