Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a residential campus, serving as live-in caregivers and mentors to groups of 8–13 students across homes; duties include supervising and guiding daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; housing and meals included as part of compensation. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to work in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
