Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting for the household. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a path to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must apply
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prophetic devotion leadership and Judeo-Christian Chapel involvement
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- On-campus housing role with nine days on / three days off
- Two-person, married couple role
Additional Requirements
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 years or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
