PA Specialist

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes and supervise groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with comprehensive health, retirement, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. The role requires a legally married couple, both spouses aged 27+, and adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, limited dependents, and driving certification).
