PA Specialist

Milton Hershey School seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparent pair (two-person, legally married for at least two years) to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship for groups of roughly 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and can transition into a Placed Houseparent with the same student group.
