PA Specialist

Flex Houseparents (two-person married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, planning activities, driving students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home environment. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off cycle and can transition to a placed Houseparent with the same students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply individually and be at least 27 years old with a married status of at least two years.
