Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married-couple role) reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide guidance and mentorship, manage household routines and scheduling, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The position begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle across multiple homes, and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSAs, retirement options, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
