Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role) for married couples residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and eventual placement as a Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include relocation assistance, health/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, paid training, and housing/meals on duty.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
